You'll receive instructions before arrival to easily access the home using your phone. → The home sits near I-70 — super convenient for getting around the city quickly, but you may hear some light highway noise at times. → Washer & Dryer are available in the home for your convenience — perfect for longer stays or business travelers. → While this home is designed for comfort and relaxation, please keep in mind this is an older neighborhood with a mix of residential homes and revitalizing areas — a true slice of Indy charm! → No pets allowed at this property (just in case you were wondering!) → Starter toiletries, paper products, and basic kitchen essentials (coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, etc.) are provided to get your stay started — for longer stays, you may need to restock based on your personal needs. → This is a non-smoking home.
